At Colorado Mycology Center, we are dedicated to sustainability and reducing environmental waste. Our return service policy is designed to support these goals by allowing local customers to return eligible items in exchange for MycoBucks (MB), our official rewards points. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for participating in our return system.

WHAT ARE MYCOBUCKS?
MycoBucks (MB) are our official rewards points, which you can redeem for discounts on various items in our shop. As we expand our offerings, MycoBucks will serve as a currency to reward your purchases and support our environmental goals.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RETURN SYSTEM
- Local Delivery Requirement: Only customers who receive local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Lone Tree are eligible to participate in the return system.
- Account Requirement: An account with Colorado Mycology Center is required to accrue and redeem MycoBucks.
- Delivery Order Requirement: Customers must have made a previous delivery order to qualify for the return service.
LOCAL DELIVERY FEES
- 0-5 Mile Radius: Free delivery.
- 5-10 Mile Radius: $3.15 delivery fee.
- 10-15 Mile Radius: $5.72 delivery fee.
- 15-20 Mile Radius: $8.80 delivery fee.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
scheduling a Pickup
This is for large orders only. Contact us to schedule a pickup time for larger orders. Smaller orders are accepted but may not be cost-effective for those further than 5 miles from Lone Tree due to pickup charges and delivery fees. The pickup fee covers the cost for our drivers to travel to your location, return to our facility, and includes a small handling fee for our drivers, making it more worthwhile for larger orders.
Required Information: If you qualify for a larger pickup, send the following information to:

- Your full name
- Account number
- Number of Items prepared for pickup
- Preferred pickup times
- Do you need us to bring boxes for packing
Delivery with Return
- Making a New Purchase: If you want to make another purchase and include a return, print out the Return Form and provide it to your deliverer when they pick up your order.
- Delivery Instructions: Add "RETURN" in the delivery instructions to prepare our drivers for the pickup. Once you hand over the form, our drivers will be able to take the items from you.
RETURN TIMELINE
- Contact Us: Schedule a time to return eligible items or coordinate to return them during another delivery.
- Return Process: Once the items are received, they will be inspected, cleaned, and sterilized for reuse.
- MycoBucks Allocation: After the inspection and sanitization process, the appropriate amount of MycoBucks will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS & REWARDS
The following items are currently eligible for return and the corresponding MycoBucks you can earn:
- 1-249 plates: Earn 5 MycoBucks per plate.
- 249-499 plates: Earn 7 MycoBucks per plate.
- 500+ plates: Earn 10 MycoBucks per plate.
- HALF PINT: 10 MycoBucks Per Jar
- HALF QUART: 15 MycoBucks Per Jar
- QUART: 20 MycoBucks Per Jar
- HALF GALLON: 25 MycoBucks Per Jar
Note: This list of eligible items and rewards is expanding. As our company grows, we will add more supplies and update the return system to accommodate all patrons.
RULES & GUIDELINES
- Local Delivery Customers Only: Participation is currently limited to customers who receive local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Lone Tree.

- Inspection Process: Returned items must pass inspection, cleaning, and sterilization before MycoBucks are credited.
- Reward Allocation: MycoBucks will be added to your account within 1-7 business days after the returned items are processed.
